Shipping and Processing Times

🇺🇸 A Note for Our U.S. Friends

We’re happy to share that during this time of change, we’re continuing to ship to the U.S.!
However, please be aware:
For the next 6 months, the USPS is applying a flat customs fee of $80 per package, regardless of the parcel’s value. After this period USPS is expected to switch to charging a percentage-based tariff instead.

All orders from my shop are made in and shipped from Barbados, and as of the time of writing, the standard U.S. tariff rate for items from here is 10%.
These customs charges are U.S. import taxes, collected by USPS, and must be paid by you in order for them to deliver your parcel.

We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re so grateful for your continued support and understanding. If you’d prefer to wait, we completely understand — and we’d love to keep in touch in the meantime. What is the Shipping time?  The Shipping time is the time takes for your parcel to travel from my post office to your home/ post office.

What is the Processing time? The Processing time is the time it takes from when you place your order to when it is delivered at my post office.

Processing times can vary.
•Ready to ship items - have short a processing time of 2 to 5 working days. Ready to ship means I have already made the item.  A working day is Monday to Friday. 
•Made to Order items - processing times vary depending on the size and details in the finished art piece. This processing time also can vary depending on the number of orders.  On average the processing time for a Made to Order item is 2 to 4 weeks. Shipping Times:
The approximate time it takes to travel from my post office to yours (barring, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes etc.).
* USA and Australia - 14-20 days
* EU and UK - 7-10 days
* Rest of the world 14-30 days  

*If you’d like to place an order but don’t see your country listed, just send me a note and I’ll be happy to add it for you.

*All parcels are sent by Tracking or Registered signed for delivery.

 Please note that during the busy shopping seasons the postal systems world wide tend to be slower than the above estimates.

*Please be aware that as a small shop I do NOT collect VAT or the customs duties/tax for your order. If required by your country of delivery, you or the addressee in the case of a gift,  will have to pay these at your local post office or custom office before they deliver your order .
